Clear progress. Recognised outcomes.
Ongoing Assessment
Student progress is monitored continuously through classroom observation, classwork, and formative assessment.
This allows teachers to respond to individual needs, provide targeted support, and ensure that each child is progressing with confidence.
Cambridge Assessment Framework
Assessment is guided by the Cambridge Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary frameworks, providing a clear and internationally recognised benchmark for progress.
During Lower Secondary (Years 7–9), students may take Cambridge Progression Tests and Checkpoint assessments, offering valuable insight into their development in English, Mathematics, and Science, while supporting a smooth transition into the IGCSE programme.
In Upper Secondary (Years 10–11), students work towards Cambridge IGCSE qualifications, which provide a rigorous and well-balanced academic foundation across a range of subjects.
Advanced Qualifications (A Levels)
In the final stage of Secondary School (Years 12–13), students undertake Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications, allowing for specialised and in-depth study in subjects aligned with their strengths and future aspirations.
These qualifications are highly regarded by leading universities worldwide and provide direct pathways to higher education in the UK, the US, Europe, and beyond.
Clear Communication with Families
Parents receive regular feedback through reports, meetings, and ongoing communication.
This ensures a shared understanding of each student’s progress and supports a strong partnership between school and home throughout the Secondary years.
A Personalised Approach
Assessment is used not only to measure attainment, but to guide each student’s academic journey.
Strengths are recognised, areas for development are identified, and teaching is adapted to support individual progress, independence, and confidence.
